Great service

Over the years iv been banking with Std bank and everytime i had to go to the Bank or just call them for something I would really think twice because of the way that they have treated me previously, their service was bad and i would always complain about Standard bank.<br> <br> Few weeks back iv been dealing with Thembinkosi who Initially called me to offer me a prestige account but i refused to take that account. I then asked him to assist me with my cheque account of which he did, he did follow ups to make sure that i understood everything.<br> <br> Its people like you Thembinkosi that would make one stay with any provider, thank you so much for your great customer service. And reason why i decide to still bank with Standard bank is becuase of the service you delivered.<br> <br> Standard bank is really fortunate to have you on board.
