Great Service

I would like to thank Dimakatso (I hope I have the right name)from the Palm Springs branch for the great service she gave. I tried to make a deposit at the ATM on the 27th of April but there was a technical error, the ATM returned R200 and retained the R800. I called the Call Center on the 28th, the consultant was very helpful and logged a call for me (pity I forgot her name). When I didn't receive any feedback on the 4th of April I called again and was told that the call had been sent to the branch and Dimakatso was attending to it. We are so used to being given attitude and pushed from pillar to post but this lady was very accommodating, patient and followed through till the matter was resolved. She made my day :-) Thank you for the great service
