Great Service
I had a problem with my internet banking. I called in on the 7 March 2019 and got Siyamcela Ndlungwane to assist me. I have never received so much great service. He has so much patience and the willingness to help. I was on the phone with him for 1 hour. He transferred me to another department but also stayed on the phone to make sure I was assisted. Thank you Siya for the great service.
