Great service

Yesterday I complained about the poor service I received from Standard Bank and today I was called by Zeenath Hassen who sorted out my query in a very professional manner. She has restored my faith in Standard Bank by knowing that they do have staff members who do listen and have the knowledge to sort out a query. She was not only professional in handling my case but was friendly and showed interest in getting my case resolved. Makes such difference when dealing with somebody who actually cares and has the s****s to assist one. Thank you so much Zeenath.
