I app**** for finance for vehicle finance with stannic and I was not pleased with the outcome but I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Beverly and Siyabonga Nyembe for going the extra mile, for listening and understanding and to Siyabonga for the apology even though it was not your fault, for being the only one who seemed keen to assist me and ?xplaining to me and referring me to the correct department I may not be pleased with how Standard bank deals with the clients but I'm grateful 4 your wonderful service
