I would like to give praise when its due on behave of my mother, Thando Mavundla who works at the ladysmith standard bank branch assisted my mother with funeral insurance claims. He was helpful and went an extra mile to make sure that my mother received the best service, everything was processed in prompt time and we were able to bury our father in dignity.
