Great job Ralf Peters
I would like to give a big thank you to Ralf Peter's from the Standard bank homeloans department. I couldn't get through to the rating system on call, but I would like to say that Ralf was very friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and this what we need more of in customer service. Great job Ralf!
