GreAt Feedback and Resolution from the team

I have made several bad reviews on the service from standard bank and must say it made a difference because eventually I got help and my situation was addressed and handled in a good and professional manner . I would like to specifically mention my banker , the team leader at SB mobile and the complaint and risk manger for taking their time to address the issues at hand. I really appreciate the feedback, calls and communication.
