Great customer service - Sanridge - Asakundwi

Asakundwi Ndou @ Standard Bank Sanridge did a fantastic job assisting me in closing my SB account last week. It took 4 visits to the branch and I was clearly frustrated with the backwards and forwards. But Asakundwi handled my frustration well and went out of her way to help me sort out the account. Pity that Standard Banks systems are so limiting, but she prevailed - and for that I'm incredibly thankful.

Great customer service, friendly and patient, and went the extra mile.
