Great Customer Service from Standard Bank Homeloans

I would like to compliment Standard Bank Homeloans. I made a payment in error to a Standard Bank Homeloan account. I immediately called the bank I am banking with (Their logo is a little tree, but I wont mention names). They gave me 100 reasons why they cant help me to retrieve the money and they would also charge me a large amount and cant guarantee they will be successful although they charge you. Also the retrieval would take 20days.

I contacted Standard Bank Homeloans and explained the situation to them. They immediately sent me through a list of Document they need in order to get permission form the account holders to refund the money. After I sent them the documents the money paid in error was paid back to me within two days.
