Great Customer Service from Asisipho

Good day, <br> <br> I just had the pleasure of speaking to Asisipho in your customer service department. She has reminded me of what great customer service is supposed to be. Sometimes there is nothing much the agent can do to solve the situation but the way they make you feel during the encounter is what determines whether you will continue being a customer or not. <br> <br> On Saturday the 28 of March I went to your branch in church square in Pretoria CBD and I received the most horrible service ever. My ID document was not in the best of conditions and the lady who was assisting me, ridiculed me by calling her colleagues to have a look at my ID and when she was done making me the laughing stock of the branch she told me that she cannot assist me. I walked out of that branch feeling smaller than anything in the whole world. <br> <br> When I called today I expected the same treatment but to my surprise, Asisipho gave me the best of service. I was stressed out because I tried to withdraw money but I did not receive it whereas on my statement it shows that it went out. She calmed me down and advised me that it would be sorted out as soon as possible and that it was just a technical problem. At the en
