Great Customer Service Experience
I would like to thank Ms Thabby Moagi from Standard Bank Clearwater Mall branch for her excellent service and assistance this week Monday regarding issues had on my account and product upgrades . I appreciate her patience, time and effort. Great customer service is rare these days and I sincerely appreciate all her help and expertise with a smile. You need more of her in your organization.
