Great customer service, efficient service

I would like to say that I am very impressed with services at standard bank in Tokai blue route mall. consultant are very fast and efficient. they are friendly and well informed. they strive to keep a customer happy. for the past 9 months I have been going to this Branch, I never had any issue. they handle well foreigners and understand foreigners document. if verification of document is needed, they will inform the customer politely and also if they promise to call you, they will do it . I will recommend them to any one. cape town and Parow center branches from management to the floor level, they seriously need some training. they will argue for something they dont even Know. I had terrible experience with these two branches because they are very unnecessary . Thank you to blue route Branch , thumb up and keep up the great work. as for the two lovely ladies handling money gram, please keep smiling with customer as usual. we do appreciate your friendly service
