Great customer service!

I urgently needed homeloan information and called the customer care number and was informed which buttons to press to get me to the homeloan consultant. I didn't wait long at all and was greeted in a friendly manner by a consultant. Because of my urgency I was a bit stressed and didn't get the lady's name, but she was so patient with me. She was thorough and repeated the account numbers and the process quite a few times trying to calm me. Outstanding customer care!!! Thank you!
