Great Customer Service
I was having issues accessing my banking app due to a change of phone and cell number. I was assisted before at a branch but it didn't clear. I called the call center for assist this morning and Sis Nokthula was a gem! My airtime was running out and she called me back within seconds. My banking app is sorted and I am very much grateful for the assist.
