For the first time i actually decided to change my current bank and join the standard bank family. Nikita Li assisted me and took me through everything and different products that standard bank has. Such a great client experience that I got from Nikita. Very professional and knows how to do her job properly. Under these difficult times it's great to meet and be assisted by people with such a great sense of humour. Nikita Li should be recognised by standard Bank for her great work.
