Great customer service
I would like to compliment Mulalo Manugu for exceptional customer service, he truly goes all out to serve and with a passion, I had an awesome experience when I went into the Thavhani mall branch and he ensured that I do no wait on the queue but rather helped me replace my card in the app. Despite the branch being full he still had a positive attitude A252916
