great customer service.
awesome customer service from Mbalenhle Mukhabela, in fact it was exceptional. courteous through out the phone call, She gave me a reason why She is putting me on hold and apologized for taking long, like i am blown away with her service.. i even forgot that i was angry... keep up the good work Mbalenhle.
