great customer service

On the 28th of November I was so confused with the home loan deductions. Karishma Bissumbhur assisted me so well, at the end of the call was also able to even explain to my partner. she explained everything so well, we both were on our calculator as she explained, she was so patient with me, more than I would be with myself. she helped me back in November 2018.i still remember her till today.
