Great Customer Service

I have been to the Umhlanga Branch on the 14th of February 2015. I was one of the last customers being seen to and the bank was almost closed. Ivan was the consultant that saw to me and another member of my family. It would have been better if he split us up to see another consultant as he would have been done faster, however he agreed to seeing the both of us together as we had some similar questions.<br> He didn't rush us even though he was the last to leave after we were done. He was polite and explained everything clearly and tried to assist us as best he could. He made us feel valued as a client. We were all very impressed with this level of service. He is definitely an asset to Standard Bank and its because of people like this that makes banking a pleasure and the reason I will recommend Standard bank to friends and family. Others can learn a thing or two from him about customer satisfaction. I hope he is recognised for this comment.
