Great courtesy and efficiency

I needed to reverse a debit order and and anticipated the usual tedious process of standing in a queue and having a tangle of red tape to process it all. Instead, at Ballito's branch I was met with a smile and courtesy, and told that the queue was long, but I could do it by telephone. I was then led to a telephone and put through to the correct department where everything was dealt with, with pleasantness and efficiency, despite the problem being a fairly complicated one, as the debit order was from overseas. Hat's off to Ballito's Standard Bank.
