Great Assistance

I phoned Standard bank last week to assist me with Internet banking and was advised to use my branch, the logged a request and I was not assisted, I decided to phone the call center to see if someone cannot assist, and to my surprise I spoke to Angiwe Gwayi and when I explained my problem she listen to me and she resolved my problem. High five to her, she was polite and so friendly, you should give her a big increase as I was about to move my account from Standard ban****!!!!!!
