Great and excellent service from Anthony

Great and excellent service received from a gentleman by the first name Anthony cause you could pick up that friendly welcoming tone of voice on the other side.I cslled this Saturday morning I am not sure if he is with card division as the options were giving me limit increase on credit card or closing a card but I waited for the option to hold for a consultant.I was not aware the service I was looking for is only available on the system weekdays only but he went an extra mile to check a consultant who could assist me weekday as I was waiting to be called on Friday .I am happy am assured I would be called as I was looking for an upgrade on a product..I rarely him 💯 over 10
