Thank you so much to a wonderful lady by the name of Pertunia Ntombi Molutsi from Standard Bank complains department. I spoke to her 3 days ago frustrated and in tears about my vehicle account problem. She went over and above her call of duty until she ensured that my complain was resolved. She listened to me and I highly appreciated how caring, kind and understanding she is. Standard Bank would be a better company with more of Pertunia Ntombi Molutsi. 5 stars to her, thank you so much for your service and may God bless you abundantly.
