Grand Scheme Pushing Customers to Default - Unbelievable appalling disservice

I am extremely dissappointed in the manner that VAF's credit department has handled my request. One is provided with a spreadsheet to complete income and expenses. The formulae in the spreadsheet does not deduct expenses from income, what it does it adds them. I was unable to amend the formula. Provided all required documentation. Whoever was looking at my documents did failed to see the formula flaw. on 14/11/2016 i am informed that my request for suspension has been declined because i received assistance in April and that i do not qualify for assistance because the income and expenses does not show financial distress.

I responded that on the same day explaining the flaw in respect of the submitted spreadsheet and i also seeked to understand what assistance in April did i get from VAF. I explained this to the lady i submitted the docs to and she said that she would request the credit lady that looked at my request to contact.

I followed up again via email yesterday and no response was recieved. To my surprise i called ***and was informed that my request with ref ********** 76 was closed.

What happened to the clarity i provided in respect of the income and expenses? Was that not taken into account??? What am i supposed to deduce from this action, must i roll over and end up in the red??? What is the use if i request assistance and none of my submissions are taken into account???

Is this the grand scheme to get me to default on payment so that my can be repossessed??

Please relook my request, noting that the provided spreadsheet does not deduct expenses from the income.
