Gouge the Customer a little more please

I bought a house toward the end of 2010. I finced the bond via Standard Bank. All was good. However it became nessisary to sell the house recently and I duely contacted Standard bank and informed them of my intention to sell the property. Unfortunately I recieved an offer almost immediatly, standard bank appointed an attorney and a cancellation schedule was drawn up, that is when it became clear standard bank felt they saw an oppertunity for some last minute price gouging. I owe R616 000 on a R700 000 bond, in other words I have only paid off about R80 000 in Capital with my R450 000 in payments over the years and now standard bank wants to charge me an additional R26 000 in cancellation fees and charges. They have extraced well over R300 000 in interest yet they want to charge an additional R26 000. The cheek! they even saw fit to include a R171 administartion charge! is there no end to the greed of these people? Beware fellow consumers, you are not a client, you are a cash*** to these people.
