Got refunded within 2 hours.
On Saturday the 18th August 2021, I went to Campus Square Melville to deposit money and after putting in the account number, I insert money into the machine and it stucked, I mean R950.00 vanished just like that, I then took the standard bank helpline and called which they tranferred me to the right department and was told I will get sms confirming my query and will get refund. I then left the atm..within 5 minutes I got sms confirming my query.
Then after an hour or so got another sms saying my query has been solved. After 10 -15 minutes I then got sms notification of my R950 being deposited into my account.
What a great service I got.
