Got ****** by Standard Bank
Simply put I am furious. In essence, Standard Bank ****** me of close to 18k . Tax refund got payed into my account, then got IMMEDIATELY retracted.
If it weren't for my accountant, I wouldn't even have known that the money was even payed. The *****s at SB didn't even bother to notify me of anything.
Allegedly for "***** prevention" or some ****. The kicker? I work a strenuous job with little free time, so I can't sit on the phone speaking to their credit transfer division for 4 hours a day.
Where's my damn money SB? Its been literal weeks. Any fool with eyes could see that the payment came from SARS. It is owed to me by law, I highly doubt just keeping the funds and not telling me is legal?
Your move SB. Call me, so I can get my money and close my **** account.
