Got an error code while doing an ATM deposit

I urgently needed cash and asked my friend to send me cash. He went to the ATM to deposit it and the process did not finish after he put in the money but he got a slip that advised that he go into the branch for assistance. he went into the branch with that slip and a service request was logged and was told to keep the slip safe and that the issue will be resolved in 8 days time. i wanted the money urgently but now i have to sit and regret ever using Standard Bank, the Bank i have used for a while now. I am upset and will not advice anyone to use this **** bank which only want to benefit themselves only. the ref number is provided
