Is there an option for zero stars? Absolutely disgusting service from the Standard Bank Digital and Online Shopping department. I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone trying to set up Google Pay via my wallet, and no one has a clue how the feature works. No one knows why I’m still getting authenticated via my bank app instead of being securely authenticated by Google Pay directly. It was so easy to set this up with FNB and ABSA. I’ll be withdrawing all my funds and moving back to FNB.
