Good turnaround from a bad review to a good one.

I wrote a scathing review of Standard Bank complaining about the EAP limit that needed to be activated at the branch yet no one had told me prior. Well, I just tried again and the thing had been activated. It would have been nice for someone at Standard Bank to inform me that they have activated it. Anyway, I got a call from Wendy who was very friendly yet professional. She provided me with helpful information and I was impressed by the service. Thank you Standard Bank.
