Good Service Received

We went to Standard Bank in Brits Mall to open a family account and we were turned away because we were only 3 members, they said we need to include a minimum of 5 members even though only 3 of us will sign. We tried getting an oppointment for Saturday and we were told they only open club accounts from Monday to Thursday and we have to make an appointment.

We decided to go to another Standard Bank in Mabopabe Central City on a Saturday and we were well received by Team Leader Mmathebe Temane who was very helpful, on the day they did not have enough staff members she asked us to come back the following Saturday since we could not come during the week due to our work commitments.

She called us during the week to finalize our appointment and she assigned Keo****tse to help us, on Saturday we went there and Keo****tse helped us, she was very professional and we were done with the entire process within an hour.

Mmathebe Temane called us the same morning just to check if we were assisted. I am extremely satisfied with the kind of service I received from the Standard Bank because of these 2 ladies, Mmathebe went all out to accommodate us. They must keep up the good work
