Good Service from Standard bank

I am an FNB client, I have been banking with them in the past 35 years or but have always been disappointed at their service. I have my bond and recent my car being financed by Standard bank, in both instances they have come to my rescue when FNB has disappointed me! I am disappointed though they (Standard bank) has never approached me with an offer better than FNB to entice me to bank with considering my biggest assets in my balance sheet are financed by them.
