Ms Levonne at the Forex Counter at Standard Bank, Tyger Manor branch, Durbanville deserves to be paid double her salary!!!!! Arriving back from an overseas visit with forex questions and problems, she patiently worked through the issues, trying to solve my issues creatively and would not give up until everything had been sorted out. This is 4 months after she helped me just as patiently to sort out a problem before I left. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and gives the best service of anyone I have ever dealt with. The staff I had dealings with from the front desk throughout, are all so helpful and friendly The atmosphere in the branch is happy and calm. Well done Standard Bank, Tyger Manor.
