Good Riddance to Arrogant, Elitist Standard Bank

I am so glad that I read these poor Standard Bank reviews. I feel slightly comforted that it is just not my husband and I who have experienced extremely lousy service at the Hillcrest, KZN branch of Standard Bank. Today we started the process of moving our accounts to another bank in Hillcrest. An amazing lady named Jabu assisted us with the process at Standard Bank, Hillcrest. She was quietly efficient and extremely personable. She could teach some of her fellow colleagues a thing or two about basic decency and respect when dealing with customers. So after over 40 years of being a loyal Standard Bank customer it’s goodbye to Standard Bank for us. The take away lesson for me is never give your loyalty to any bank. They are only as good as the training that they give their consultants. Good riddance, Standard Bank.
