Good for you UCOUNT. Great service.

Ninety-nine percent of the time I use HelloPeter to complain but fair-is-fair and I want to express my appreciation this time. I am currently in Thailand for some months and wanted to access my UCOUNT account to claim some of my rewards only to find that the app sends my OTP to my South African cell number which does not work here. I have therefore been trying to change my OTP method on UCOUNT to email and not text message.

I sent an email with my international cell number and consultants from UCOUNT called me. here. Amazing! Some instituions in South Africa I deal with when I want to change my OTP to email say "Sorry, you have to go into a branch or call us."

Well as a pensioner doing volunteer work here, I do not have the funds to spend on long international calls BUT UCOUNT called me here!! Fabulous and impressive.

Thank you for going the extra mile in this instance, Standard Bank, and a lovely consultant called Sarah has promised to follow up my query with the appropriate department to see whether they can change me OTP.

The problem is that UCOUNT has my expired email address as primary email despite the fact that my correct current email address has already been registered on Standard Bank's system for the past 15 years.

Anyway, kudos to UCOUNT for the kind assistance received.
