Good experience at Standard Bank Northgate!

I recently visited the Northgate Mall branch to use the Auto Bank facility to deposit cash. Not having done this for many years, I found the new ATM machine confusing so I approached the lady handling customer entry to the branch. She inquired as to whether I had my card and then handed over her duty to a colleague. She then very patiently talked me through the process and I made a successful deposit! It is so refreshing to experience good customer service!
