Good day, i hereby would like to advise many standard bank clients that STD bank is one terrible bank lately. I called the call center spoke to several agents to settle my accounts make payment arrangements and update my credit profile with no luck at all

Good day, i hereby would like to advise many standard bank clients that STD bank is one terrible bank lately. I called the call center spoke to several agents to settle my accounts make payment arrangements and update my credit profile with no luck at all. I have been banking with STD bank for 25 years and never have i received such horrible assistance from agents. All i ask is that someone can call me to make payment arrangements and to assist with my bureau updates. I have been told that my account has been settled when i called the call center and i went in the bank to request a paid up letter and was told to call the call center. I called the call center and they advise me the same they cannot assist. What should we do to get assistance after paying and wanting to pay your debt.

May i please get urgent assistance or i will take this matter to the ombudsman. I'm a loyal customer and i get treated with no respect, please ensure that i get what is owed to me as the client in order to update my credit report accordingly.
