Good customer service still exists
I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Kevin Govender @ the Standard Bank Pinetown branch. I had a few documents to be signed & Kevin arranged for the documents to be brought to me for a signature. I have been banking with Standard for over a decade and none of the consultants I interacted with even mentioned this option was available. Looks like I have been going to wrong branch all along. Thanks again Kevin for awesome customer service... going the extra mile and for making life a little easier :)
