Good Customer service delivery

Good day,

My partner was under tremendous pressure to receive funds into his account which didn't reflect. He travels often and could not pay for accommodation or transport due the funds not reflecting on his account. With the help of Livhu Langa (inwards Dept) referred by Sibusiso Nkosi (Presitge Banker), the issue was resolved within the day of making contact. I work in a customer service industry and it is people like these that make me proud to be in the customer service department. Please treasure them.
