GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NDIVHUWO TSHAVHUNGWA
I’m one person who believes in complaining when something is not right so that it can be rectified and I also believe in complementing good service as well.
Big ups to Ndivhuwo Tshavhungwa from Carlton centre branch. He is very efficient and quick. Ndivhuwo offers excellent customer service. Whenever he is around the queue moves very fast. This guy has assisted me a couple of times since 2019 and at some point I stopped coming to Carlton centre for about a year as I was working in Pretoria. When I came back, I thought he had forgotten about me , to my surprise he still remembered me. Keep up the good work Sir.
