Good Customer Service

I went to open a savings account yesterday. I was met outside the branch by a very friendly and helpful lady. She did the Covid tests and questions and issued me a number ticket and even showed me to the waiting area. It was only a few minutes before I was called to the consultant. She was very thorough and also very friendly. She asked me relevant questions and within minutes I was issued with a card, everything was explained to me about my new account and I was off... Thank you for your great service... It was a pleasure visiting your branch...
