Going nowhere slowly...
I recently opened an account with standard bank and got sent a message to pick up my card, arrived at the branch at 13:44pm ... got assistance at 15:04pm. Attempted to speak to the branch manager but she was on a call for 30 min ... finally got called and the consultant stated they short staffed. So in more then 1 hour only 3 people got called from the collection's line. Soooo dissapointing.
