Going against the treating customers fairly principles and Poor service from STANLIB CEO Derrick Thembinkosi Vusumuzi Msibi
When I asked for the unit price from Stanlib CEO Mr Derrick Thembinkosi Vusumuzi Msibi, after Stanlib rendered intermediary services poorly, the CEO himself referred me to the newspapers to the unit prices to determine my loss. I found his response arrogant, going against the treating customers fairly principles and against the common law and Policy Holder Protection Rules (PPR). FSCA, please come to our rescue against market abuse, unfair treatment and discouragement from participating in the economy by some leaders responsible for the economic transformation.
