Go to another section, we are not interested!!!!!

I am so disgusted with the service I got from standard bank (Phunulani Mall). I got an sms regarding Fica Documents. went and was told this is for the club account so I need to bring other two members with me as it cannot be done individually. on Saturday, after some time we went to the branch and waited for 2 hours. when we finally got to the counter , we were helped by the most unfriendly member I have seen. Who just basically told us to get lost!!! It was not his job, he never said we should come to him, blah,blah he was not even interested to get a manager to help us.<br> <br> I suspect he does that since its a township branch , he can treat us with the utmost disrespect and get away with it. to think I do all my banking with standard bank!!!<br> <br> I then logged a complaint on the standard bank website which has been basically ignored. <br> <br> well after this, I am looking at FNB> CAN YOU HELP ME???<br> <br>
