Go slow at Standard bank

The amount of time I have to wait in a Standard bank queue is REDICULOUS! And then the staff at yhe Constantia branch are ****y and have a major attitude problem. The staff assisting customers are chit chatting with clients and having long conversations over things that has nothing to do with what they are busy with. Now the rest of the customers who's still waiting to be assisted have to wait until they are done chit chatting before being assisted. And if one complains, they make you wait deliberately. Absolutely the worst service ever. I am so disappointed in Standard bank. I usually come up for Standard bank when someone has a bad experience, but really guys. I'm being told by staff that they have a right to lunch. Fair enough, but take lunch in groups so that service delivery does not take a hit. Super poor service! Disgusting attitudes!
