Giving notice to withdraw your own money

I have had a 32 day notice account for several years now that helps save moneyfor later.

In the past I could easily just click one button to give notice that I would like to withdraw the money, receiving it 32 days later, hassle free.

However now there is no option on the new banking app, the old website never seems to work anymore and I phoned customer service who said they cannot assist me, I must go to the bank just to tell them I would like to withdraw the money.

Is this now the only option left for us? From a simple click of a button to now having to go to the bank just to give notice that I want to withdraw my money?

If that's the case then please keep your silly app and give us the old internet banking back please. Why must I go in to a bank just to tell them I want to withdraw my own money...?
