Give My money Back!!

On the 29th Jan 2016 i tried to withdraw money from a Standard Auto Bank, In Goodwood.<br> The amount was R2000.00 The money was deducted from my account but i never received it.<br> I have made so many calls and every time i ended up losing the call<br> becouse it take more than an 40min to the call Centre. My bank said they cant do anything about it<br> and i must keep calling and get a reference number. I have asked every time for a number and they<br> cant give me one becoase they cant find the Auto Bank Machine on their system???<br> ***?.....Check your balances!!....I need my money.<br> I have done an online query and still NO results!
