Give Back My Money

On th 08/11/2016 @ 17:24:22 pm, I walk to the nearest ATM situated inside a Take Aways close to my home, to withdraw money. After waiting for nearly five minutes, an error message appears on the screen informing me that there has been an error with my request and that I should please be patien while my information is being updated. Another few minutes pass and NO MONEY, instead I receive a slip informing me " Requested: R400, Dispensed: R0.00.

I then receive an sms indicating that the money had indeed been withdrawn.....I return home praying for the night to pass so I can found out what has happened to my money

I log a call with my bank (Capitec) as instructed by the Standard Bank customer service agent, who inform me that it will take up to 30DAYS!!!!! On the 10/11/2016 only, I receive an sms informing me that my INCIDENT is currently being attended to by Zainab from the Service Admin team......no further feedbak, until I PHONE ZAINAB this morning, who promises to keep me posted as soon as she hears from Standard Bank......I PHONE HER BACK @ 16:10, only for her to inform me that she DID receive feedback, but works until 5 and was going to get back to me......!!!!!!!!!!

ITS MY MONEY, MY CHILDREN NEED IT! I NEED IT!

Am I supposed to tell them they cannot take lunch(sandwiches) to school for the next 30 days, util the 2 banks decide how to resolve my INCIDENT....JUST GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY, AND STOP WITH THE EXCUSES!!!!!
