Ghosted by the sales consultant

I app**** for an online personal loan on 16-04-2019, a consultant called me back because I do not bank with you. I spoke to Nombuso Dhlamini who was very helpful and friendly, she did a quote for me for R48000 telephonically. She requested my supporting docs which I sent to her direct email. She also undertook to email me the contract in the meantime. That was the last communication with her and she seems to have disappeared. Does not respond to my emails.

I called your call centre to follow up this morning and was assisted by Patricia call reference number ********** 692. She informed me that the loan was approved but that Nombuso was the only person that could tell me exactly when the funds would be transferred to my bank account. She promised to escalate to her team leader at Noon today if no response was received. To no avail.

I am disappointed in the level of service that I am receiving from Standard Bank, no communication, sms, calls, emails, acknowledgement.... NOTHING.

Its all fine and well sending this generic response, but yet still no resolution to the problem. In fact I am yet to be contacted by a Standard Bank staff member?!

ANOTHER 2 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. I CALLED YOU CALL CENTRE AND SPOKE TO MAHADI ON 23/04/2019 (REF NO. ********** 112) TOO AND SHE PROMISED ME THAT SHE HAS ESCALATED THE MATTER, HOWEVER NO ONE HAS RESPONDED AS YET. WHAT IS HAPPENING AT STANDARD BANK GUYS, DOES NOBODY CARE??????????????
